Muhammad Samiullah is a first-year ECE PhD student at Brown University. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in 2025. Following his graduation he joined King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) as a research engineer, where he worked on hardware accelerators for deep learning. His research interests include Generative AI, Computer Architecture and Efficient Hardware.
